Welsh Cheese Pate

  • 225g/8 oz Pembrokeshire Cheese Company Mature Welsh Cheddar
  • 100g/4 oz cream cheese
  • 50g/20z soft butter
  • 50ml/2 fl oz port

Place all the ingredients in a food processor & whizz to a thick paste. Spool into a bowl or if you want to turn it out, into a mould lined with clingfilm, and refrigerate. Serve with fresh crusty bread and pickles.
